FillFlow – Privacy Policy

FillFlow ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that autofills checkout and registration forms using profiles you create. This policy explains what data the Extension handles and how.

Data We Collect

The Extension stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API:

• Profile information you enter: name, email, phone number, address, LinkedIn URL, and a short bio.
• Custom question-and-answer pairs you define.
• Coupon codes saved per website domain.
• Your OpenRouter API key (if you choose to enable AI features).

This data never leaves your device except as described below.

Data Sent to Third Parties

If you choose to use the AI autofill feature and provide an OpenRouter API key, the Extension will send the following to OpenRouter:

• The text of unmatched form questions found on the page.
• Your bio (if provided).
• Publicly visible page metadata (title, description) for context.

This is used solely to generate answers to custom form questions. Refer to OpenRouter's Privacy Policy for how they handle this data.

The Extension does not send any data to the developer or any other third party.

Data Storage

All profile data is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. It is not synced to the cloud, not shared, and not transmitted to any server by the Extension itself.

Data Deletion

You can delete all stored data at any time by removing your profiles within the Extension, or by uninstalling the Extension from Chrome.

Permissions

• storage – to save your profiles and settings locally.
• activeTab – to detect and fill form fields on the page you are currently viewing.
• scripting – to inject the autofill script into the active tab when you click Fill.
• host_permissions (all URLs) – to allow the autofill content script to run on any website where you open a checkout or registration form.
